Q: The liquid is not coming out, how do I fix this?
A: Press on the nozzle for about 5 seconds to release the pressure. If this does not work, remove the grey filter on the tube and rinse it with water, it will remove any build-up from the previous use.
Q: The atomizer is not charging, how can I fix this?
A: The sprayer is equipped with overcharge protection. If you are using apple adapter for example, it will not charge. The sprayer needs to be connected via USB cable directly to a 5V 1.5A input.
Q: Why are there scratches on the screen when it arrives? Is the product used?
A: All products we sell are brand new. There is a screen protector on the spray gun to protect it from scratches during shipment. Simply remove the protector during unboxing.
